Miley Cyrus' life has done a 180 recently. From hosting the 2015 VMAs and celebrity drama from an interview, she's now more reserved. Miley has decided to not do press events, and confessed during her latest interview with ELLE that she will never do a red carpet again.
Miley decided to talk to the magazine about her new role on The Voice, then spoke about her fame, boyfriend, and her choice to never walk a carpet again.
"[A year ago] I had to do the [A Very Murray Christmas] premiere, and I will never do a red carpet again. Why, when people are starving, am I on a carpet that's red? Because I'm 'important'? Because I'm 'famous'? That's not how I roll. It's like a skit—it's like Zoolander," she said.
Miley took a real step back from her fame, she fired her publicist and only speaks to her fans through Instagram. ELLE asked if Miley was on Snapchat, which is a question we've all wanted to know.
"No. I want to be. I don't know how to use it. I feel like I'll be an old lady that's too held back, because I don't keep up with it, she said. "I'm not on Pokémon Go. [This morning] Liam woke up and tried to go to the car wash because it was a—what do you call it?—PokéSpot. Like, 'Got to go find them and catch them all! Ahh!'"
It's amazing that Miley's fame hasn't changed who she is, and that she's still so humble.
